I’ve ordered from Mr. B’s Cookies multiple times now, and every experience has been outstanding. The delivery time was quick, the packaging is clean and well put-together, and the cookies themselves are some of the best I’ve had. How big are our cookies?
Our cookies are large, bakery-style cookies - generously portioned and designed to be rich, soft and satisfying.
Are your cookies baked fresh?
Yes. All cookies are baked fresh for each order week - never frozen, never sitting on shelves.
Do you use preservatives?
No. Our cookies are made without preservatives. For best quality, enjoy them fresh or store properly (see storage tips below).
How should I store my cookies?
Keep cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, refrigeration or freeze and warm slightly before enjoying.

How does ordering work?
Orders are placed through our website only. Each week has a limited number of boxes available to ensure quality and freshness.
Is there an order cutoff?
Yes. Orders close Tuesday at midnight for that weeks bake. Any orders placed after cutoff will roll into the following week.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations must be requested before the order cutoff. Once baking begins, all sales are final.
Do you accept custom orders?
At this time, we focus on our core and seasonal flavours to maintain consistency and quality.

Do you include gift notes?
Not yet - but gift-ready packaging is always included. Handwritten notes may be added in future releases.
Do prices include receipts in the box?
No. Receipts are sent digitally only.

Yes. Local delivery is available in Calgary through our delivery partner. Delivery windows are listed at checkout.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes - Canada-wide shipping is available on select products. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
How are cookies packaged for shipping?
Cookies are carefully packed and sealed to maintain freshness during transit. However, once shipped, we cannot guarantee condition due to carrier handling.
Are shipping orders refundable?
Due to the perishable nature or baked goods, shipped orders are final sale.
