At Mr. B’s Cookies, every box is baked fresh in small batches using premium ingredients. Because our products are perishable and made to order, we are unable to accept returns. Please review the details below for our full return policy.

1. Perishable Products — No Returns

Due to food safety regulations and the handcrafted nature of our cookies:

All sales are final and we do not accept returns.

Once a box has left our kitchen or been picked up/delivered, it cannot be returned for any reason.

2. Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted before our weekly order cut-off, which is:

🕛 Tuesday at 11:59 PM MST

After this time, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

3. Missed Pickups

Customers are responsible for arriving during their selected pickup window.

  • Missed pickups cannot be refunded or rescheduled to the following week.
  • We cannot guarantee product freshness if pickup is missed.
  • All sales remain final.

4. Delivery Issues

We proudly partner with trusted delivery services, but delivery conditions may vary.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
  • Delivery delays
  • Weather-related issues
  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier
  • Items left outdoors or unattended

Because cookies are perishable, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds related to delivery issues.

5. Quality Concerns

Your satisfaction matters to us.

If something does not meet expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We will review all concerns on a case-by-case basis.

Possible resolutions may include:

  • A replacement box
  • A store credit

Refunds are not guaranteed.
