4. ORDER CUT-OFF, PICKUP & DELIVERY

By placing an order, you acknowledge:

  • Order cut-off is Tuesday at midnight for Saturday fulfillment.
  • Pickup and delivery windows are listed on the “Order” page.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off will be fulfilled the following week.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup or delivery information.
  • If you miss your pickup window, we cannot guarantee product freshness beyond that day.

5. SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)

For shipped orders:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
  • Once shipped, products may be exposed to heat, cold, or handling conditions outside our control.
  • We do not offer refunds for delays, damage during transit, or packages returned due to incorrect addresses.
